GLBC Brewpub Launches Summer Menu

To welcome another beautiful summer in Cleveland, GLBC's Brewpub chefs are excited to launch an assortment of delicious new seasonal menu items.

Many of the new additions feature produce from our farms, Pint Size Farm and Ohio City Farm. As the long summer days pass, expect to see even more daily specials inspired by the fresh organic produce our farms so generously offer. Along with our own produce, you can also expect high-quality local meats, cheeses, and artisan breads.

Wings Confit

Roasted Pear & Asparagus Salad
